St Mary's Malankara Catholic Church, Addahole is a village located in the Western Ghats near the Mangalore-Bangalore high way. It is the settlement of the migrated Malayalee community. Malankarites of this area (Addahole) who were in Orthodox Church came together under the leadership of Bethany Fathers. In 1979, with the permission and consent of His Excellency, Cyril Mar Baselios, Bishop of Bethery, Rev. Fr. Santhosh OIC and Rev. Fr. Jose Prakash OIC constructed a small chapel for Malankarites of this at Addahole. In 1980, 1 acre 20 cents land was bought from Mr. Ulahannan Attupurath and there they constructed a new church.

Later in the year 2014 the church building was renovated under the leadership and guidance of Rev. Fr. Aji Varghese OIC. In 2005-06 the parishioners of St Mary's Church Addahole celebrated the silver jubilee of the parish under the initiative of Rev. Fr. Mathew Modiyil OIC. At present there are 19 families in the parish and all the pious associations are functioning well in the parish. The Bethany sisters are rendering their mission service to this community.
